Made from Garganega, Trebbiano and Sauvignon Blanc, this wine impresses for its freshness. Its easy style makes it a perfect aperitif and an excellent match for everyday cooking. Easy drinking, best enjoyed when young.
The grapes are harvested from selected parcels of recently planned and planted vineyards in the Veneto and Trentino regions; the vines are trained largely by the Guyot system and partly by the “pergola trentina” system. Modern clones and stocks were carefully selected to optimize yields in relation to the microclimatic conditions of the area and consequently to the desired organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
Harvesting takes place around the end of September and is carried out utilizing both some of the most up-to-date methods of mechanical harvesting and traditional hand picking. The different grape varieties are pressed separately, after which a skillful blending takes place before proceeding with fermentation. This is done in order to best highlight the individual characteristics and contribution to the blend of the individual grape varieties.
Soft and balanced, intense bouquet of honey and flowers, which is fully reflected on the palate. Mildly aromatic flavours complete the taste experience.
11% alcohol, 3.8 gr/l residual sugar, pH 3.28 , 5.4 gr/l total acidity.
While ideal as an aperitif, it will match most hors d’oeuvres, first courses and even accompany a simple snack. Perfect for picnics and pizza. Excellent also with soups, cold meats and young cheeses.

This wine is best enjoyed fresh and within 2-3 years of production.
