Folonari Pinot Grigio Garganega
The ripe grapes, harvested at the end of September, are vinified off-skins after a gentle crushing; the must, settled by cold natural clarification, ferments at 16-18°C using selected yeasts which enhance the varietal characteristics.
The new wine remains in stainless steel tanks until it reaches full stability and is ready for cold-sterile bottling.
Pale yellow colour; pronounced bouquet of wild flowers with a touch of honey and banana; on the palate, dry, balanced, fruity flavour with an attractive and lingering aftertaste of ripe pears.
12% alcohol vol.
Charcuterie, savoury first courses, poultry and white meats.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C.
Ready to drink, it should be consumed within 2 years.
